All of our team go through a rigorous selection process coupled with an intense one day induction and training programme, before being placed out to work to guarantee their suitability for your operation. This is also supported by oue own e-learning, which ensures that all out team have Food Safety Awareness and Awareness of Health & Safety at work.

Chef's Division

TCS Recruitment specialises in chef recruitment for the Hospitality and Catering industry. We currently supply a wide range of hotels, restaurants, sporting venues, nursing homes, day care centres and private hospitals across the Midlands.

With a large pool of temporary chefs registered within the Midlands and the surrounding areas, it enables us to provide a wide range of solutions to meet your staffing challenges. Whether it be a chef to cover sickness or holiday, or a team of chefs for a large function.

We also maintain an up to date select database containing CV’s of chefs looking for permanent employment. We can match your specific job requirements with our candidates and forward you a selection of CV’s.

We work very closely with our customers to build a tailor made service based on their unique recruitment needs. We believe in building our service around you and delivering a very honest and transparent serviceto both customers and candidates.

Front of House & Generals

We believe that first impressions count and by welcoming visitors and employees can speak volumes for the quality of your organisation.

With all our staff carefully selected for each job requirement, we can offer a fully assessed and trained silver service waiter to a personable and interactive canapé reception staff. We are able to supply you with the full details of each member of the team giving information from their skill set to work history. If you are after a fine dining waiter or a catering assistant to serve on a buffet, then we have the right people for your every job. Our staff always exceed expectations and come to you professional, efficient and ready to get the job done.

All of our 'Generals' will come fully dressed in the correct uniform including safety boots to undertake any roles you maye have in the 'Back of House' operation from kitchen portering to logistics staff. The Back of House Team are trained in Manual Handling and Fire Safety Awareness, giving you the peace of mind, knowing you have competant and dedicated staff ready to and fit to work.
