There are a number of options that our permanent division can offer to suit your needs and the nature of the vacancy.
With your criteria, we will build a unique job specification for the position you want to fill on your team. With our knowledge of the industry, we will build a shortlist of suitable candidates for interview. TCS doesn't only draw from its' existing database of candidates, but also searches within the industry to find the experience and expertise you are looking for.
We can use a "temp to perm" option to place a suitable candidate. This allows you and your team to work with them to get a feel for the way they work and how they operate. If the candidate suits, then we can place them permenantly. If not then you have the flexibility to place another candidate until we find the right person for your company.
